Diagnosis and Findings
We tested the ice maker in diagnostic mode and confirmed the harvest cycle did not finish. We also found that the drawer gasket was deformed and the freezer drawer closed with difficulty.
Repair Performed
We replaced the broken ice maker and the deformed freezer gasket using original Bertazzoni parts. We also lubricated the drawer slide system with food-grade grease.
Verification and Outcome
We ran the ice maker in diagnostic mode and confirmed the harvest cycle runs normally and fills with water. We checked the freezer drawer and confirmed it closes tightly and moves freely in its slide system.
