How much is the diagnostic fee?
Our diagnostic fee starts at $199. It is applied toward the repair, so the separate diagnostic fee is waived when we carry out the repair. The diagnostic amount also serves as the minimum labor charge. For a minor issue, the complete repair may cost around $200; the final price depends on the work and parts required. A complete diagnosis means an accurately identified fault and a clear repair estimate. You review and approve the estimate before repair work begins.
Do you provide a warranty on parts and labor?
Our standard warranty covers labor and installed parts for 1 year. The applicable terms are stated on your invoice and may differ for specific repairs.
Do you cover areas outside central LA?
Yes. Coverage includes Greater LA and nearby zones including Long Beach, Santa Clarita, Malibu, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Ontario, Chino, and Pomona.
How do I request appliance repair from TrueFix?
Choose an appliance service and provide your phone number and complete service address, including street, city, state and ZIP code. Add the brand, model and symptoms if available. Review only shows a summary. After confirming your address and consenting to send your details to TrueFix via Telegram, select Send request to submit them.
Can I upload photos or book without a model number?
The online request form accepts text, not photo uploads. Call or email TrueFix to discuss how to share useful photos. A model number or photo is not required to send a request.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day technician visits are our standard service, with next-day scheduling also available. Our team confirms your visit time after you contact us or send a service request.
Which brands do you work with?
We repair premium brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Thermador, as well as major household brands.
What types of appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, microwaves, and other major household appliances, including premium models.
Does an online service request confirm my appointment?
Sending a request does not reserve an appointment. TrueFix confirms coverage and your visit time separately.
How do I request HVAC repair?
TrueFix also offers HVAC repair. Call or email our team with your system details, symptoms and service address to confirm the service scope and arrange a visit.
