TrueFix serves Greater Los Angeles and nearby communities. Use the service-area list as a guide and provide your complete service address so our team can confirm coverage. A city or ZIP code alone is not enough to submit the online form.
How do I confirm availability?
Choose an appliance service and provide your phone number and complete service address, including street, city, state and ZIP code. Add the brand, model and symptoms if available. Review only shows a summary. After confirming your address and consenting to send your details to TrueFix via Telegram, select Send request to submit them. Sending a request does not reserve an appointment. TrueFix confirms coverage and your visit time separately.
What should I prepare before a visit?
Describe the problem and add the brand, model number and error codes if known. Include parking or building-access arrangements when needed. The online request form accepts text, not photo uploads. Call or email TrueFix to discuss how to share useful photos. A model number or photo is not required to send a request.
